Delays due to client non-responsiveness, incomplete inputs, or last-minute changes are not RD Digital’s responsibility.

5. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Some services may involve the use of third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, hosting providers, etc.). While RD Digital will set up and manage these tools, we are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or errors caused by those platforms.

6. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. All project details, business information, and campaign data are treated as strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or permitted in writing by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All creative content, strategy, and design work remain the property of RD Digital until full payment is received.
Once paid, ownership may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are not permitted to reuse or resell content created by RD Digital without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

RD Digital shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss or damage
Loss of profits, business opportunities, or data
Platform restrictions or bans (e.g., social media ad disapprovals, account suspensions)

9. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases:

Work completed up to the point of termination must be paid in full
No partial refunds are issued for work already delivered or in progress

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts located in [Your City, e.g., Mumbai/New Delhi].
